OBC For Booking While Onboard

Question for those in the know.....

 

During my cruise earlier this year, I booked a future 4 day cruise with the full intent of transferring to a different cruise. The 4 day cruise is eligible for $50 onboard credit.

 

Today, I transferred the booking to an 8 day cruise, but my booking is only showing $50 onboard credit. Shouldn't I now be eligible for $100 onboard credit? This is my first experience with bookin onboard.

Where are you looking? The OBC for booking on board will only show on your actual cruise documents. You can't see it in the cruise manager on the Carnival website.

 

As long as they didn't change your booking number, it should still be there :)

You need to log onto the Carnival website and look at your actual cruise documents to see the amount for booking on board.

Every time I do this, my PVP tells me to hang on the phone for a minute so he can get his supervisor to hit the magic "increase the obc" button. Did your PVP/travel agent do the same?
