Port of Miami taxi

Are there any taxis that can hold 5 people? If so, are they the same flat-rate price as any other cab? Just trying to figure out if we would need two cabs. If we do then a rental would probably make more sense.

There are mini-van and SUV style cabs that can hold 5 (5+bags will be tight if any of you pack like my wife! :o). These cabs offer the same fare as a standard cab. You might need to wait a couple of minutes for one to come to the front of the cab line.

 

The flat rate fare is only between POM and the MIA airport - anywhere else and you are on the meter.
