JaneAustenite Posted June 8, 2016 #1 Share Posted June 8, 2016 Hello, I just saw a review on here that mentioned day passes for Infinity Bay. Has anyone done this before? If so, how did you arrange transportation and purchase the passes?
Rare crewsweeper Posted June 8, 2016 #2 Share Posted June 8, 2016 You'll need to contact Infinity Bay. Unless you're on a tour via Victor Bodden or Rony or other tour vendors, you'll need to take a taxi and arrange for pick up. http://www.infinitybay.com/index.html
BrotherCraig Posted June 8, 2016 #3 Share Posted June 8, 2016 (edited) Infinity Bay and Gran Roatan are the two premiere resorts on West Bay Beach. No transportation provided. Taxi or private driver via Bodden or Rony (as Crewsweeper mentioned above). Taxis there are negotiable. There are no set fees on the island. I would expect around $20 each way... sometimes $15. Just depends on how you know how to negotiate. Edited June 8, 2016 by BrotherCraig
JaneAustenite Posted June 8, 2016 Author #4 Share Posted June 8, 2016 Thanks for the info. I contacted Rony's and got a prompt reply. Has anyone ever worked with them before?
BrotherCraig Posted June 8, 2016 #5 Share Posted June 8, 2016 Rony is the best. Rony Tours is always our choice. When I say the best, I really mean the best. Once you tour with Rony, you have made a new friend for life.
Rare Jetswdo Posted June 9, 2016 #6 Share Posted June 9, 2016 I emailed them and made reservations. I am having Bodden take us there and pick us up- $35 round trip per person--maybe pricier than getting a taxi, but I like the reassurance that we have our own driver set. The only thing I don't like is that we were told to re-confirm a week before cruise, as they are supposedly capacity controlled. Since we are not cruising until end of Feb. I'm hoping that even with the capacity controlled thing, we are probably among the first to make a reservation with them. Hopefully we can still go to Bananarama as a back up choice. I'll start confirming I think in January,,,,

The day passes for cruisers are on a first come first served bases and the most expensive on the beach. Tabyana shares a property line with Infinity, it is also an option. Guest 2000 Posted June 23, 2016 #9 Share Posted June 23, 2016 How much is a day pass for IB and what's included? ?? Your best bet for such a question is info directly from the source, an email via the Infinity website should do the trick. :)
