Suite Amenities Package on Zuiderdam

On a previous cruise several years ago, we booked the Suite Amenities package, and we were able to return the bathrobes and Pinnacle Grill dinner opportunities and receive an on board credit for the value of those items. When I checked on that possibility for our September cruise on the Zuiderdam, HAL tells me that it's up to the ship's staff whether or not we can get a credit for those items, and that we can only get the answer after boarding the ship.

 

Have any of you who have sailed on the Zuiderdam in the last year or two purchased the suite amenities package and attempted to return any of the items for a credit?
