When we sailed on Explorer last October they actually had a cocktail menu in the DL, first and only ship I've seen this on, they did make a lovely lemon drop :)

 

On other ships we usually 'take care' of the server and they always take care of us with our requests, on Anthem recently I mentioned how much I liked Mojito's and next night they actually got some mint from the galley and had one waiting for me in the CL.

All I will say is that if you take care of the bartenders they will take care of you and get you anything you desire.

 

That is an important point and consistent with our recent experience on Serenade of the Seas. The bartenders do want to please you, but of course, we should reciprocate. :):)
