Booking in speciality restaurants on Discovery

It will be our Silver Wedding Anniversary on 7th August and we thought we'd be celebrating at the Captain's Night. Dear husband has gone as far as buying a suit! As this doesn't seem to be the case now, does anyone know if it's possible to book a meal in one of the speciality restaurants before we go on board on the 6th. After a difficult few years healthwise, this anniversary means a lot to us and we'd like to make it a real celebration.

It might not be what you're looking for but my husband and I celebrate our silver wedding anniversary next year and we have booked a 'Blessing at Sea' on the Discovery. Among other things, it also includes dinner at the captains table.

Don't think you can book before you go, Just book as soon as you can we have never had a problem, especially on formal night and its well worth it. Have a good one.

You cant book before you board. But you will have no trouble getting the booking you need,The restaurants are normally not very busy, I am on board now and would recommend you try the Italian restaurant in the MDR which is included in your price, the food is great.
