Loved your review! Felt the same way. We loved American Icon and had the horseradish crusted salmon it was delish! Silk was not memorable at all and Coastal Kitchen was our favorite next to Jamie Oliver's.

 

Thanks for the photo's, memories. Our grand children's first cruise and they loved it.:D
