Jet Ski Excursion in Freeport

We booked a jet ski excursion thru Shore Excursioneer and they said the jet skis were at the public beach next to the Grand Lucayan. Has anyone done this and did you feel safe on the pubic beach?

We did this excursion 2 years ago, and loved it, no problems at all!! As i recall, we took a taxi over there, they dropped us off and we walked over the to spot where the jet ski's were. Left our bags there on the beach with the tour people and had a great guided tour around the island and along the coast. In hindsight, i should have had a Kyss bag or something to lock up rather than just leaving our stuff on a chair covered by a towel ?!?! but they claimed they were watching everybody's gear and (luckily) we had nothing touched while we were gone. Next time, i will have a lockable bag. :)
