Is it true........

That Celebrity ships use non dairy creamer...not half & half???

I read this on a review and thought there had to be some mistake. If it is true my DH is going to be reeeeeally bummed. :(

One of the ways he usually judges a restuarant is whether they use real cream (or half and half). He says if they don't care enough to give you real cream with your coffee...most likely they cut corners with their food quality also.

Both Carnival and Princess have half & half available. Isn't Celebrity supposed to be a step above them????

This is not an issue for me...I'm not a coffee drinker. :)

Thanks

Thanks everyone! :)

Now I won't have to break the bad news to my husband. :)

Joy,

Being as the Mercury is the ship we will be going on also....It would be great if you would give me the low down.

I will probably have a few more questions for you by the time you get back. :)

Bon Voyage

We were on Mercury in May and in the cafe they DID use a non-diary creamer (little containers), but I believe in the Main Diningroom half n half was used. Personally, I prefer the non-dairy, and but my DH likes the real thing...

Anyway it shouldn't impact your cruise at all...go and enjoy!

It depends... is the answer. Just of the Zenith and the little containers are 1/2 and 1/2.

Milk in pitchers in the dining room.

I request 1/2 and 1/2 from room service.

Mercury... had non-dairy on her west coast cruises I did. Blech. There was not a drop of 1/2 and 1/2 on the ship.
