I just returned from Harmony where we did a cabin crawl that incuded room 11329. I have included my pics below.

 

Based on all the pics it can be concluded that none of the aft B1 rooms have an unobstructed view. The RC website now lists these rooms as "obstructed view". IMHO deck 11 and deck 8 have the least obstruction.
