Prinsendam - DVD Players?

Seeing the posting by Radbooks on the Maasdam and DVD players reminded me that we're wondering if the Prinsendam still has DVD players? We're embarking in a couple of weeks and were thinking of bringing some DVD's along....

It is only for 'regular' DVD's and will not work with Blue-Ray DVDs

Not on the Prinsendam.

 

Of the ships I've been on - only the Zuiderdam still has the CD possibility. I don't know about the R or S class or the Noordam. The ships with interactive TV have no player at all; that includes the Oosterdam, they were measuring each stateroom for the new wall-mounted TV in January and their drydock was a couple of months ago.

I just had a good chuckle...any 8 track players on board? Wouldn't bringing a Bluetooth speaker be easier than CDs?
