Hi

Has anyone had the above cabin on Norwegian Pearl or a cabin in the same location, is the cabin location good and was the cabin quiet/noisy? We have been allocated this cabin on our booking

Also is the entrance to the bow on this deck when it is open on the day in glacier bay?

Yes it is (at least, it was when we sailed the Panama Canal on the Pearl back in April).

One thing to note, about the bow area: they may *not* have audio there (they certainly did not when we were sailing through the PC, which was a major disappointment). NCL brings a local expert on board for the Canal / Glacier portion of the cruise, and it's very informative. However, the bow area is staff area, so it is on a different communications network that is not linked to the system in the passenger area. We were not able to hear the expert who was brought on board to explain the intricacies of the Canal.

I did request that they put some kind of speaker system out there so that the narrative could be heard, but they weren't sure if it could be done. You may want to check with the Head of Security or Cruise Director beforehand to be sure if you're into that sort of thing.

Thank you for your help. We may go to the bow area to have a look and then go and see the rangers in the spinnaker lounge and listen to the commentary there.
