Price Drops and Warehouse Prices

I used another vendor for our first cruise, when you had to call for price drops, but I wasn't sure if we can still request them for other websites or ads other than Carnival? Has anyone tried to get a drop if it shows on one of the discount warehouse online travel sites? I just sent in my form but thinking if its denied it would save us over $280 to cancel and re-book.

Better Bill?

Thanks for the input.

I'm actually working with Carnival on this one. I sent a screen shot.

Even after the penalties it would be in our favor to cancel and re-book each cabin. We would come out ahead almost $300. If it was under $100 I would probably not bother but $300 is a lot of drinks. :)
