Grand Princess Penthouse Suite vs Vista Suite

We're sailing on the Grand Princess and want to book an aft suite on Carib deck.

 

Penthouse Suite C748 cabin is 314 sq ft and balconey is 154 sq ft.

Vista Suite C750 cabin is 372 sq ft and balconey is 112 sq ft.

 

Vista Suites on Emerald deck are also larger than PEnthouse Suite C748.

 

Yet PH C748 is several hundred dollars more. All have the same perks.

 

What is so much better in a Penthouse vs a Vista Suite?

Can't swear to the sizes, but the PH doesn't have "the beam"...

PH cabins also have a desk and shelving on either side of the lavatory in the bath.

We have been in C750 on the Diamond and them beam wasn't an issue for us.

It was a really nice suite although I still far prefer side suites rather than aft.

I agree the aft suites are nice; but on the Grand Class ships we prefer the Caribe midship PH as they are super convenient to everything.

I am an aft suite gal.

 

Give me the aft view and the large deck anytime. I am one who finds the aft more convenient to things for me. I will always pick an aft cabin over a midship cabin any day.
