HAL hotel to ship transfer

Can anyone who has done a HAL transfer from their hotel to the ship give me a general idea as to the time they get you to the ship? Just trying to plan our morning in Copenhagen. I searched and found boarding time to be around 11:30 am but not what time HAL gets the transferees to the pier.

I've done many (many, many) HAL transfers from the hotel to the ship over the years, and can't find a lot of consistency in when I have arrived at the pier.

There have been times we arrived shortly after boarding started, while other times it's been later. A few times it has been sooner.

 

Generally, arrival has always been before 1:00 PM, except when the transfer was from Seattle to Vancouver by bus. But that's an exceptional situation.

We used the HAL transfer from the Palace Hotel to the ship in Copenhagen. It was late morning, before lunch for sure. We had a great breakfast then took our drinks out to the sidewalk tables where we sat until our bus number was called. VERY easy and enjoyable.
