CGoguen Posted July 4, 2016 #1 Share Posted July 4, 2016 We purchased the unlimited package and I am wondering 1. What is the maximum price per beverage that is included? $12? 2. Can we pay the difference if we go over that?

Geeocacher Posted July 4, 2016 #4 Share Posted July 4, 2016 In one of his Periscopes Michael Poole showed a sign indicating that the max had gone up to $13.

depplep Posted July 4, 2016 #7 Share Posted July 4, 2016 I had champagne on Oasis that was over the limit. I don't think we had any other drinks that were more.
Clarea Posted July 4, 2016 #8 Share Posted July 4, 2016 What kinds of drinks would be over, besides very old scotch, etc? Besides glasses of wine and champagne, there might be drinks like specialty martinis that are a few dollars over the limit.
Geeocacher Posted July 4, 2016 #9 Share Posted July 4, 2016 Yeah, probably any drink using premium alcohol (i.e. Cadillac Margarita) would cost you a little more Sent from my iPhone using Forums mobile app
Eggfrmr Posted July 6, 2016 #10 Share Posted July 6, 2016 Thanks everyone! I read on another thread that you could buy a bottle of champagne from some bars. Has anyone here done that and what waa the cost? You can buy bottles of wine and champagne from bars and room service. Price varies, this post has a recent wine list from Rhapsody that should give you an idea of cost: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showpost.php?p=49238603&postcount=13 Note that the Select, Premium, and Ultimate packages give you a 20% discount on bottles of wine and champagne. newbiecruiser09 Posted July 12, 2016 #13 Share Posted July 12, 2016 Another beverage package question (that i haven't been able to find on the RCI site): Are non alcoholic drinks (virgin pina coladas, daiquiri's etc) included in any package? The website does not mention these at all. (that I can see) Thanks!

For whatever reason, every time Royal updates the beverage package descriptions, they remove more specificity.

Sand$! Posted July 13, 2016 #17 Share Posted July 13, 2016 There are some glasses of wine that have been reported to be over the limit Limit was $14 on my transatlantic in April and there was the $17 a glass white that I really liked....was fairly naffed off at that because it was only a standard Kim Crawford Sav Blanc. I did not pay the difference I found another wine.

However, the last update they removed the prices and we found different prices on board than pre-cruise. I'd say it's a combination of incompetence and a plot.
