This application form explains the process for issuing the shareholder's non-refundable OBC.

The form is not required to be used but it does help them to receive complete submissions to quickly process our requests. Don't be concerned about the expiration date because each March it's extended for another year.

Just FYI, someone posted the newer form for Princess that takes you out to 2017. Like was said, you don't really need the form (just included the same information on the fax cover sheet or include in your letter), but it is handy. I don't actually know if the same type of form is available on the other connected cruise lines (Carnival, Holland America, etc.) - I just included the information when I sent mine in for Carnival.

Here's a link to the more recent Princess form: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=388078&d=1466095327

If you are thinking about buying, the stock dropped sharply after the Brexit vote and has not recovered. It's gonna take lots of cruises to make up for the higher rate that I paid in November. It is currently at a rather low rate. Of course many of us are hoping that it recovers.

Interline rates, sailing as a travel agent and possibly casino rates are about the only rates that do not qualify. The vast majority of pax are not affected by these limitations.

Never mind. This has already been addressed.

Make it easier on yourself by using a free online fax software like FaxZero.

You don't have to leave the house and you get an email notification they received it. I have been submitting it this way for years.

😎 it never dawned on me there would be such a thing, awesome....Thank You.
