Monaco to Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild by Bus

Could anyone advise where exactly is the closest stop (to the cruise port) to board the #100 bus in Monaco that goes towards Nice. :). Or, should you make your way to the station to get on earlier? We hope to do this around 10:00 am.

Thank you for the timetable. How easy is it to walk to either of these points from the cruise terminal? I want to make sure I am in the right place to catch the bus if I get on at Place d"Armes.
