retiredgram Posted July 18, 2016 #26 Share Posted July 18, 2016 Just got back, Green Thunder was working about 95% of the time. I went down it too many times to count , so did my 8 year old daughter! Thanks for the update.
tidecat Posted July 18, 2016 #27 Share Posted July 18, 2016 Does it use salt water? Most of those slide installations would typically use fresh water, so that may contribute to the frequency of maintenance issues. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I wouldn't think someone would use the wrong water or whatever to make this thing run. How come none of the other slides on the other ships are not down? Regardless, we are paying for it to work ALL the time. Is it really going to make us have a bad vacation? No. A few years ago before the Pride was dry docked, the kiddie pool/slide area wasn't working the entire trip. It was frustrating because our little guy couldn't play out there. Oh well, we are still counting down!
