UBER on the Islands??

We usually go to a selected beach on Maui....

 

Cabs are pricey, usually fun and friendly drivers, but the $$

 

Have rented many cars on the islands - fun, but the hassles and a TON of time spent getting to the rental agencies is already starting to depress me.

 

Has anyone used UBER on any of the islands? To a car rental office or other destinations?

According to their website, Uber only provides services in Honolulu and Maui.
