Does anyone have the credit card? I got one on cruise and am thinking about using the points for next cruise. I would like to do the OBC. My question is: does it go automatically on my card or do I need to tell them there, or basically how does it work, as I have never done this before. I can only redeem one at a time, it says, or can I redeem them at different times, for same cruise or??

the card works like most reward based credit cards. you need to log into the website and redeem the points

You have to do it at least 15 days prior to the cruise for any OBC. You can get online and sign into the Barclay account and do it there. If you have not booked the next cruise you can use your card to book it and after the points are added you can use those points as a statement credit on your next bill. Make sure you also pay at least the minimum as well. The credit does not count as a regular payment.

When you redeem through Barclay for the onboard credit you will put your booking number. You wont see it listed as onboard credit until you are on the ship (at least both times we redeemed that is how it worked).

When they introduced the card the rewards were pretty good.

 

Now there are much better ones out there and we rarely use this card.
