Towel Animal Books - All the same? Or different?

Hello. Could anyone out there tell me if the different editions of the towel books all have the same animals? Or different ones? I would like to know if I can buy an older edition on EBay or somewhere and get the same instructions as the current book, or does each edition contain new instructions, so that getting all four editions means 4 different sets of animals?
