Triumph- stairs between decks 9 and 10?

Does anyone know if there are stairs either inside or outside at the front of the ship going from deck 9 to deck 10? We are sailing with a group and some have the 4J's at the front of deck 9 and some the 4J's at the front of deck 10. On the deck plan it shows steps inside but it may be crew stairs.

I'm pretty sure I remember using those stairs on past cruises.
