NCL-JADE Aug 20-27 PRIVATE TOURS

My husband and I will be sailing on the Jade August 20-27 and will possibly want to use a private tour company for tours (we are not fans of large "cruise ship" tours) Does anyone out there know of good trust worthy private tour companies on Katakolon, Corfu and Mykonos?
