SAFETY ISSUE..5 berth

This is what I was told 5 minutes ago when I was speaking with P&O.

The Maritime people have come up with a new law which HAS NOT been passed yet which states that due to a fire risk having a rollaway bed in middle of the floor they will not be having anymore 5 berth! She did make it clear that this has not been passed and they have been going through this for years apparently.

However the only way to have 5 in a cabin which is legal is to have a cot in the cabin for a child under 3. I hope this helps people who will travel with 5.

You will only be able to sleep 5 this way and no other apart from having a 3 berth and a 2 berth. It does make it hard for the families of 5 like myself but I wouldnt want to put any of my family at risk. I guess it will take us a lot longer to save for the next cruise now due to the 2 cabins.

Thanks
