Empress Dinner Menu -Main Dining Room

Can someone point me to dinner menus for Empress 5 day sailing? I'm actually most interested in Day 1. Trying to decide between MDR or Chops which is 20% off on Day One.

Current menus. Day 1 should be Mojo which is what most of the ships are using.

Someone posted the menus on one of the other Empress threads. The menus were totally different than the rest of the fleet. Perhaps with a quick search you can find the menus.

I tried a search before posting and couldn't find anything. I'll have to try again-

There are a couple of Empress menus on my thread asking about vegetarian options. I don't know if the first one is the first night menu. I think the second "Gala Chef's Menu" was from night 4 of a 5 day cruise.
