Breakaway Haven courtyard penthouse

Thinking of booking the Haven courtyard penthouse. It states that it can sleep 2-3 people. Can it really do this. Where would the third person sleep. Does the chair open up to a bed?

The chair opens into a bed. Would be doable for a kid, but definitely no privacy.

Our son is only 2 and slept in our bed after having a meltdown at the mere thought of the pack n play, but we did look at the third bed option and thought it would be fine when he is a bit older :) I don't think it would be a problem at all for a 10 year old.
