Do you tip Camp Ocean counsellors?

This our first time using Camp Carnival. My 6 year old is there during there for a few hours in the morning and afternoon. Are you supposed to tip the counsellors at the end of the cruise? I seem to see a different person each time I drop off and pick up.

We tipped the counselors on any cruise/cruise line when our kids were in elementary school and below. It's totally optional and not expected. We treated it the same as summer camp where we always tipped counselors.

We always did. Some kid counselors pool the tips and others don't.

Yes. Mainly because I was a camp counselor 20+ years ago so I know just how appreciated the tips were. They are never expected though. It is a nice gesture if you can but it is okay if you can't.

Most people apparently do not but think if they do a good job they deserve a tip.

We have two kids in camp. We will tip $10-20 per kid if they have a good experience and based on 5-7 day cruise and how many days they were there.
