Norwegian port assistance

Recommended Posts

It is my experience to ask for that assistance as you arrive at baggage drop off and they will tell you what to do next. Often that will be to wait for a wheelchair. If cabins are open you may be taken to yours to pick up your rental or, if not,to the buffet to wait for the cabin to open. It often depends on the particular cruise.

I was taken to just inside the Atrium to a bench. My daughter then went to our cabin and got the scooter than was rented and was waiting there for me. Our cabins were not yet available but they allowed her entrance for the scooter. That is what they appeared to be doing with all who needed wheelchair assistance.
