messy Posted July 19, 2016 #1 Share Posted July 19, 2016 This may have been asked before but I can't find an answer... There are three of us travelling together - our booking included 6 meals for two people (14 day cruise). We don't really care about going to specialty restaurants all that much and are wondering if we could use three meals at a time so that we don't have to pay for the third person. I've never had a meal package and don't know how it works...we are staying in the Haven and have most of our dinners there when we cruise. It's no big deal if we can't share - just curious. Thanks, Marisa

We had the SDP for my hubby and I and bought the package for our son. :)
punkincc Posted July 19, 2016 #4 Share Posted July 19, 2016 If the third person wants to join you in the specialties, they can buy a 3 night package themselves for each leg of the cruise, or simply pay as they go. The restaurants will either have a flat cover fee or will be a la carte and you pay for what you order just like at home. The package would be the least expensive way to go. casofilia Posted July 19, 2016 #5 Share Posted July 19, 2016 When you board go and talk to the dining reservation desk people and explain the situation. They MIGHT be willing and able to help you; even if they are not supposed to!!
messy Posted July 20, 2016 Author #6 Share Posted July 20, 2016 Thanks for the responses. I will ask the question once we are on board. I guess it doesn't hurt to ask:)
