Carnival Imagination table for 2?

First time cruisers on Carnival to celebrate our ninth anniversary (and leaving the kids with grandparents!). If we want table for 2 do we have to do YTD? If we want late seating is there a way to request table for 2? Thank you!

Go to the MD at boarding.

The tables for two are crowded between 10 tips and some are simply 8 tips that have been divided.

Last short cruise out of Long Beach we were the only pax seated at four-tops in ATD.

We've had tables for two on both Inspiration & Imagination through the years. Just be ready to be in a row of two tops. You are inches away from the other two-some's. :). That doesn't necessarily mean it's a bad thing, we've met nice people on our cruises this way!
