Complaint Resolved

Before going on a 5 day cruise on Empress of the Seas a couple of weeks ago I kept trying to buy a beverage package at the %20 off price. They kept telling me the prices on the cruise planner were discounted and it would be more expensive on the ship. So I went ahead and pre purchased our package. When we got on the ship the package prices were the same as prior to the cruise prices. When we got home I sent an email explaining this and they gave me a refund of the %20. Thanks for your resolution in this matter Royal Caribbean.
