Getaway Behind the Scenes Tour

I found a few posts and reviews from 2014 indicating this BTS tour was still offered. Anyone have information from a more recent sailing? Cost? Value? Did you get to see the bridge?

As of last December it was being offered. it is about 2 1/2 hours in length- lots of walking and climbing up and down metal staircases. Must wear closed-toed shoes- no sandals or flipflops.

 

Do not remember what the cost was.

 

Bridge tour probably not given enhanced security.

I did the tour a year ago on getaway, I think it was $79, You got a nice photo and we did have a tour of the bridge. I thought it was very informative and interesting. Would highly recommend it.

The new takeaway for security reasons, bridge tour has been discontinued even for the paid BTS on the Getaway in months past - a year ago, yes. Nowadays, it's not offered anymore and no substitution for seeing another area.
