All of the beach on Roatan is free, the access however is mostly through private lands/resorts.

With that said, Half Moon Bay Beach in the village of West End is right along the road, easy access. If you hop a water taxi in West End bound for West Bay Beach that bit of sand is easy done. You could have your driver meet you just behind Bananarama which is the only other public access to West Bay Beach.

Your driver could get you to a bit of Sandy Bay, but the sand there is not fluffy and white like the other two spots.

I also recommend asking your driver his favorite spots within a reasonable distance from your ship. He lives there he might could should you all kinds of fun things.

Or

We are going with Rony again (private tour) because we just love having conversation with a local and they are the best - we are hitting up Bananarama for a $10 pp fee. Well worth it.
