We are sailing on the Grand 6/9/2006 and are just starting to look at the best air connection.

Who among you has already done this, what airline has the best price for business class with the least time in flight?

We cruised on the Golden Princess from Barcelona to Venice and thus faced about the same conditions that you now have. Given that changes in airlines, fares, and schedules occur rapidly, your best bet is to use an unbiased search engine to look anew at the options rather than simply selecting a particular airline that someone once found to be preferable. One search engine that I would recommend is itasoftware.com. With it you should be able to achieve the objectives that you want. In particular, with their advanced search option you can conduct your search such that it is limited only to business fares. Given that you are arriving and departing from different airports, you'll need to use their multi-segment search option. Unless you have reasons to the contrary, I'd also select the option for nearby airports. Most likely, you will find that business fares are much higher than the cheapest fares available. If cost is a consideration, you may look into purchasing a heavily discounted fare and, if possible, use frequent flyer miles to upgrade. This is usually the preferable way to "purchase" such business or first class seats.
