Hop on Hop Off

We are going to be in Hong Kong docking at Ocean Terminal. We would like to take the hop on hop off bus, and would like to know how to get from the terminal to a place to pick up the bus. Thank for the advice.

HO HO bus stop is near Ocean Terminal, by the Star Ferry (the green / white boats crossing to Hong Kong Island.) See the map.

There is also a big bus app for the iphone.

We did this in November. We generally like to do Hop on/Hop off buses in cities we haven't been to before because it gives you a great overview. But, in Hong Kong, the traffic situation is horrible and we spent lots of time just not moving. Also, when we got off to explore an area, the wait for the next bus can be longer than expected because traffic is so bad. So be aware, you may not see as much as you would like.
