Can I cancel a booked excursion?

Yes you can. The $$'s you paid for the first excursion will be refunded to the credit card you used originally.

I did this a couple times before w/no issues at all. :)

We have had to cancel two excursions booked through Carnival with less than 24 hours notice due to issues I have with my back.

The policy clearly states that if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice that it isn't refundable.

Both times we expected to lose the money that we had paid. But both times the Carnival rep at the excursions desk refunded 100% of the cost without us asking.
