When can we make specialty dining reservations

Is the time 90 days before sail date to be able to access specialty dining for the Infinity?

I haven't tried to make them recently but you should be able to make them any time after you book. You will not be able to use OBC unless you wait to make them onboard.

I've made them recently. Anytime after you book the cruise. You pay in advance. I've also cancelled a previously booked (and paid for) dinner while on board the cruise.
