Balcony to Suite

Recommended Posts

We have recently changed our room from a balcony to a Jr Suite for an upcoming sailing. Our cruise documentation where we print luggage tags still shows the previous room. Will this change after a period of time?

No, it won't. Call your TA or Royal Caribbean if you booked directly and ask for them to be reissued. Worst case, when you get to the ship, the baggage handlers will have spares and you can fill them out there.

We had this issue when we sailed this past March and were upgraded last minute from an ocean view cabin to a balcony. We never received new luggage tags with the new cabin number online. We got luggage tags from the porters and just wrote our room number on the tags. Got all our bags with no issue that afternoon to our stateroom. Enjoy the JR suite.

Make sure that your cruise docs are re-issued or items that should get delivered to you will go to the other cabin. This includes crown and anchor mail, welcome gifts or any surprises.

Thank you! I didn't even think of any of that.
