Rooms that have 'special features'

I was looking at Nautica's deck plans, and I noticed that a few of the rooms on deck 7, (A1 and A2) have a star next the room number. The plans' legend indicates that these rooms have 'special features.' Does anyone know what these 'special features' are?

Beatnix is correct. I, too, had a cabin with special features and it turned out to be the sofa makes into a bed.
