Unfortunately, no set time. Keep checking your Cruise Planner periodically.

Supposedly 90 days before but that isn't written in stone, I check every day.

For this year's cruise as soon as it opened I went in to book and not a lot of "good" times were open for dinner. But, do make your reservations even tho you may not like the time, once onboard we had to problem changing the time.
