Paul Gaugin or Windstar

Hi. My husband and I are looking at cruises in Tahiti and are between Paul Gaugin cruise line and Windstar cruises for this area. Can anyone please provide feedback on these two ships. Seems like the destinations are pretty similar. I've only been on Silversea ships and Norwegian once so I'm not sure how to compare the two above. We love good food so that is important. Thanks everyone!

I've done both and I would never cruise PG again. My vote would be Windstar. Do a search in the PG & Windstar forums, this has been discussed in both of them.

I wrote a review of my PG cruise in that forum (I'm sure you can pull it up if you look, was around Jan 2014), but I never I finished it, as I got tired of the PG cheerleaders calling me a liar.

The PG has a big ship feel and is nothing like the Wind Star.
