No Loud Music, for a change.

We just returned to Cunard after an eight year absence. We took the eastbound TA on the QM2 from August 9-16. While we enjoy our cruises on other lines, including Celebrity, Princess and Royal Caribbean, I have to say that it was such a pleasure not having to use my earplugs to block out deafening sound levels as I have to do on other lines. All productions shows and guest entertainers at the Royal Court Theatre kept the decibel levels within reasonable limits. The earplugs remained in my pocket. Congratulations, Cunard:):):)

Welcome back:) - Some things never change (like dress codes) :)

Do not leave it so long for your return to your true home ;)

One of the main reasons we left Celebrity was the loud music, their loss, Cunards gain!

I guess the main reason we continue to sail on Celebrity is because of their regular repeating itineraries that make it easier to find one that is convenient to when we are able to travel. Food seems to be declining on Celebrity, but service is excellent.
