Bofa points redemption?

I have booked a 3 nighter for next November paying the deposit amount. Later, I redeem 50,000 points and in the comments I included the reservation number. This happened in June. As of today RCL has not applied the redemption to my reservation.

 

This usually happened at the full payment date or something is wrong in here?

They do tend to apply redemptions in order of cruise date. However, if I were you I would call the redemptions people and inquire about the status: 888-305-4626.

Was just told does not show up on invoice til about 14 days prior to sail date. Just redeemed $400 worth and one of the redemption emails did not come through. Called back and was told the agent did not back out before doing the second one and they are unable to resend the confirmation email so if this happens be sure to get your redemption number.

When it is applied depends on what you are using it for. If you are using it for OBC, it can be as late as 2 weeks prior to sailing, but if you are using it for a free cruise, it normally is applied immediately, and definitely before final payment date. I'd call redemptions at the number Bob listed.

 

I just had to call yesterday on an OBC redemption that was missing from our next reservation. It was in the system, but it was never applied.

Thanks all for your recommendations. I will call on Monday because I am kind of worry about this

 

 

PR, just keep calling. It took me about 3-4 weeks till I got my credit. My final payment is due next week. Finally it shows no balance.

 

check out this thread for more details of peoples recent troubles. Can't wiat to be done with this card.

Where do I see my OBC on my reservation?

 

If you booked yourself, call and ask for a guest copy of your invoice. OBC is listed on the bottom half of the invoice. If you booked through a TA, they will have to ask for you.

I just went through this. I redeemed 50,000 for $500 off my Harmony cruise Nov. 2017, it showed up the next day. A month later I redeemed another 50,000 for the same cruise, nothing showed up. I called the number on the verification email, they told me it could take up to 3 months. Waited 4 months nothing called Crown and Anchor talked to a very nice girl she found the transaction but nothing had been done about it. She told me she would take care of it and within 4 hours I received a updated invoice with the credit showing.
