it is in the Solarium( yes people under age 16 can access it and eat in the immediate vicinity, it is far enough away from the pool and hot tubs).

 

breakfast runs early to about 11. it will shut down for a couple of hours and re open early to mid afternoon( best place to stop after coming back from a port call) then again late evening after WJ and MDR have shut down for the night.

 

on sea days the hours may be a little more extended.

Is it the same as Park Cafe on oasis class or is it more limited?

Pretty much the same, with the addition of pizza slices for late night snacks (in addition to other late night snacks) as there is no other venue for late night snacks on Grandeur.
