OBC for Specialty Dining

We just received a modest OBC for "specialty dining" on our October Summit cruise. From what I have read Quisene is best for larger groups (it will only be myself and hubby) and Tuscan seems to have very mixed reviews. Does anyone know if this OBC "has" to be used in a specialty dining restaurant or can it just be used as regular OBC? We could use it at Bistro - I am not a sushi eater but my hubby could easily consume all the credit himself!
