Ryansmom, you are an inspiration, I'm sorry for what you have to deal with.

 

Blue Herons, I wish you the best of luck, I admire your spirit, and your stamina and determination. You go girl, I'll be thinking of you on the 5th.

 

Silver Anniv, wow, I'm impressed. I don't think I could do it, even for a couple of hours. I admire you for the willingness to do it.

 

Joelmarj, I know exactly what you mean. Here where I live we go in the car from one place to the next. When I go back to NYC, I walk, and walk as much as my back allows. Having grown up in NYC (in the City), to me living in the city means walking, it's a way of life, just something that is done without thinking. (Of course I never would walk at night for any great distance for safety). I know exactly what Jane and you are talking about. I don't know how some ladies in NYC do it with any kind of heal or heavy bag.
