There's the Conch Train ---> https://www.conchtourtrain.com/ which makes a 90 minute loop but with three stops:

"During the tour, the train will make one loop through Old Town Key West. There are three stops- one is at Station Depot, allowing for a 10 minute rest break where you will find refreshments and shopping. Bring your ice cream and homemade fudge back on board to continue your tour. The second stop is at Duvall Village, located at the corner of Duval Street and Truman Avenue. From Duvall Village you are just minutes away from the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum, the Key West Lighthouse, the Southernmost Point, the Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory and the many fine art galleries, shops and restaurants of upper Duval Street. The third stop is at Flagler Station. The second stop is also where those who wish to can disembark to see the sights of the Historic Key West Seaport and choose to catch a later train."

If you do this during the second stop there's a relatively new bar / restaurant, the Blue Macaw which would be worth checking out. They have make-your-own Bloody Marys with more ingredients than I ever saw.

How far is the walk to the bluemacaw from the pier? We will be arriving by cruise ship in Oct

You can leave the docks by walking by the Customs House, the big. red brick building which will be on your left, and pick up Whitehead Street. The Blue Macaw is 6 - 7 blocks away on the corner of Whitehead and Petronia, maybe 3/4 of a mile.

If you could get out to Barefoot Billy's out at the Casa Marina by 9:00 am, he does a tour by small boat all the way 'round the island called the Seabreeze Morning Island Cruise which is described here ---> http://barefootbillys.com/

It includes a variety of pastries, juices, coffee and Mimosas.

It's relatively new and doesn't stop.
