Excursion Guarantee

We are sailing to Progresso in October. We are interested in the AI Beach Resort Getaway ($79). I have read that this is the same excursion offered through Autoprogresso for $35.

 

Has anyone else ever booked this and got the Carnival Guarantee refund?

I did not book that one but I did receive a credit through carnival on a AI resort for the day that I booked in jamaica and later found cheaper at another place online. it does work! just need to make sure the online offer matches exactly what carnival is offering. good luck!

I got the guarantee refund on one of the ruins excursions in Progreso a few weeks ago. It was also a tour provided through Autoprogreso as well.

They honored the guarantee for us for one of the ruins tours by autoprogreso. Just make sure that everything matches exactly (duration, departure time, food or drinks included, etc)
