Does anyone know about this insurance company?

I am thinking of using Travelex that I got through insuremytrip. Does anyone have any experience with them? Positives? Negatives?

It is the only insurance that I WILL use! They are great with coverage (better if you look at the fine print) and claims..........Never had a problem. I have been using them for about 6 years or so and highly recomend them.

I hear they are great! I just read a post where they are easy to deal with and speedy about paying claims! My travel agent ;) ;) recommends them.

 

My parents will be making a small claim this week. I will let you know how things turn out.

Thank you their policy looked good so I just wanted to get the opinion of the experts here

I am using Travelex. Have used them before but fortunately have never needed to make a claim. I used to work for a temp agency and worked for about a month at their office in Omaha about 3 years ago. I will say I was impressed with their employees knowledge and their great customer service.

You won't regret going with Travelex. They have the absolute best customer service, and their prices are fantastic. We recently submitted a claim, and it was quite painless (hardly any paperwork involved, just had to fill out the front side of a claim form, very easy and comprehensive) and attach the bill from the ship's doctor. I had a check in my hand in 2 weeks.

Thank you! I am very hopeful that we will NOT have to use it at all. But better to have it than be sorry later.
